AI Talent Acquisition Partner
  • One off install fee personalized AI driven hiring engine: € 5,000.
  • Monthly retainer for ongoing AI maintenance, candidate sourcing re different jobs, automated outreach, talent pipeline, support and optimization: € 2,500.
OPTIONAL:
  • Performance based fee for full-cycle recruitment (initial interviews, writing extensive introductions and all communication): € 3,500 per placement.
About us
Franziska Szabo, our owner and Managing Director, is a former international C-suite Personal Assistant. She started PA Online in 2000, a C-suite Personal Assistant recruitment service.
HR Werven was set up by her during the pandemic. After which it became difficult to find personnel. In order to facilitate, she started learning more about AI in recruitment and consequently hired an experienced IT and AI professional, leading up to The AI TALENT ACQUISITION PARTNER system.
